Daily Delivery / Urgent Supply

Astro5Rx ensures multiple daily deliveries of precisely prepared medications. Urgent requests are fulfilled within a 4-hour window. To address immediate or emergency medication needs, we supply EDK units. Astro5Rx offers a user-friendly delivery tracking application for your convenience. We understand the critical nature of new admissions and orders, guaranteeing their review and delivery around the clock.

Client Support/Resident Welfare

Each facility is assigned a dedicated Astro5Rx field liaison as their primary communication point. These representatives collaborate directly with your facility's personnel. We recognize that transitioning to a new pharmacy affects not only nursing staff but also billing departments and families. Astro5Rx has dedicated internal team members to address their inquiries and concerns. Our consulting pharmacists are also at their disposal. Internally, we function as a cohesive unit, forming partnerships with our clients.
